Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (you could use ground turkey)
1 onion (chopped)
16 oz can pinto beans
16 oz can corn (I use Mexicorn)
16 oz can diced tomatoes (I use diced tomatoes with green chiles)
16 oz can chili beans
10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
1 package dry ranch dressing (I know it sounds weird, but trust me)
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups water
Directions
1 onion (chopped)

Directions
Sauté onion, add beef until brown, drain fat, dump the rest of ingredients into pot, mix and let simmer 1 hour.
1 cup = 206 calories, 5.5g fat, 21.5 carbs, 5g fiber, 4g sugar, 15g protein.
